Shipping Policy

All orders ship from the United States via USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping cost: $7 flat rate per order.

Handling time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Transit time: USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us within 7 days and we will help you file a claim with USPS.
